Zachary's Third Birthday

This cake was for a little boy who loves fire trucks! It took quite a long time to make, but the next one will go faster. Once again...chocolate cake! This will feed about 50 people.

Jill's Shower

This cake was for Jill's bridal shower. Her friends and family put together a "Mad Hatter" tea party to send her into marriage. It was so much fun to do! My sister-in-law, Heather, took the photo for me (hbt photo).

Paige & Andy

The cupcakes were a good idea for an outdoor, August wedding. It was 83 degrees and since I use only buttercream, a big cake would not have held up nicely...These two were married out in Shusan, New York last Saturday. There were 185 cupcakes with a 6" top cake for the happy couple to cut. Not one was left!

Karen & Chris

Karen & Chris were married today at the Canfield Casino in Congress Park. This cake serves 154. Lots of brown with blue lately. My sister-in-law was the photographer (hbt photo) and The Posie Peddler (good friends) did the flowers...a family affair!

Lorraine & Jeff

This was my first cake for The Saratoga Hotel. They were married today at noon in the Saratoga Ballroom. The flowers were by The Posie Peddler.

They were married today at The Georgian in Lake George. Their cake serves 92 and each layer was yellow & chocolate.

Clare & David

They were married today at the Saratoga Elks Club. This cakes serves 92 with 30 cupcakes on the side for the kids.

Emily

She wanted a mix of cake and cupcakes. The cake serves 62 and there were 65 cupcakes to go along side.

Melissa & Mike

They were married at the Elks Club in Clifton Park. The cake serves 118 and was chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling.

Andrea & Alan

They had the reception at Longfellow's and this cake serves 74. The top of the cake is actually dairy-free.
