They held their reception at the Fort William Henry in Lake George on Sunday. It was a very Irish themed event as you can see by the cake... very fun! This cake serves 154.

Jean & Dan
Jean & Dan were married on Saturday at the Echo Lake Lodge in Warrensburg. They wanted an all chocolate cake with chocolate mosaic tiles on the sides. I hope I created what they imagined. This cake serves 74.
Ryan's Groom Cake
Nicole ordered this cake for the reheasal dinner to surprise her fiance, Ryan. Everyone enjoyed the chocolate cake with white chocolate and raspberry mousse filling.

Cherie & Mike
Cherie & Mike were married on Saturday and had the reception at The Saratoga Elks Club. I made a football cake just for Mike the night before...(picture to follow). Anyway, this cake will serve 74 and I was quite pleased with it.
Jodie & Lendell
Another cake for The Saratoga Hotel. Jodie and Lendell were married on Friday in the Ballroom. This one will serve 100 and it's very simple and tasteful. Tasty too!

Some Random Cakes...
Here's one I did back in February for Cassie and Caden's birthdays. It was for a circus theme.
This one I did the other day for the bakery (The Bread Basket) because there is still no decorator... It was for a rehersal dinner and they wanted to copy a magnet that was sent out to save the date.
